Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Have a nomination? Send it to the tipline.

First things first: This apartment listing claims that there's a hot tub in the bathroom. There are no pictures of said hot tub, nor does it appear in the floorplan. But it is mentioned in the description—"relax in a Jacuzzi in the gorgeous bathroom"—and in the listed amenities. There is what looks like a bathtub in the floorplan, though, so maybe that's what they meant. Or maybe it's one of those Whirlpool tubs. Can you shower in those? These are the tough questions.
As you can see, there are two versions of the floorplan—one with three closets taking up almost half of the bedroom on the left, and one with zero closets in that bedroom. Is there no middle ground? Yes, three closets might be excessive, but you do want some closet space. Right? Why does it have to be all or nothing with the closets?
Guy 1: It sure seems like there are a lot of closets.
Guy 2: What are you talking about? People love closets!
1: Yeah, but three in one bedroom? They take up almost half the space in the room.
2: FINE, NO MORE CLOSETS. I'M GETTING RID OF ALL THE CLOSETS. ARE YOU HAPPY NOW?
Maybe they could take out two of the closets and replace them with a hot tub.
