When Yankee lifer Jorge Posada announced his retirement earlier this week, it was somewhat overshadowed in the real estate world by A-Rod's profitable flip of his $5.5 million Rushmore condo. Turns out Jorge's trying to sell some real estate, too! The Real Estalker points out that Posada and his wife listed their full-floor condo at East 77th Street's Seville last month. (Maybe A-Rod should just upgrade to Posada's place?) They're asking $11.5 million for the 5,600-square-foot, 4BR, 5.5BA pad. It looks like they assembled the apartment in pieces, buying the last portion, #11A, for $3.6 million in 2007. We'll save our final hip, hip, Jorge chant for when it sells.
