This weekend may be your last chance to get a peek at the crumbling ruins of Admiral's Row. The federal government finally transferred ownership of the former naval facility to the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation. That means that it's all green lights for the planned supermarket on the site. After all this waiting, the BNYDC will waste no time.
