What a year Downtown Brooklyn had in 2011! New sales and rental projects opened and others sold out, the BAM area began its makeover, and new retail, restaurants, and hotels opened. The neighborhood capped it all off with a Curbed Cup championship, besting #1 seed FiDi with 54.8 percent of the vote. ShackBurger, anyone?
