Nolita's Roman & Williams-designed 211 Elizabeth Street sold out at the end of 2010, but now buyers looking for a Roman & Williams fix (and not interested in the designers' own place in Noho) have another shot. Apartment #4S at 211 Elizabeth came back on the market today, with the owner (an LLC) asking $2.9 million. The place originally sold (at the end of 2010) for $2,403,070. The buyer doesn't appear to have changed much in terms of decor, but it's nice to see the full range of pics from one of these apartments.
