Brooklyn Heights had one hell of a 2011, and it looks like 2012 is getting off on the right foot as well. We know you're probably sick of it already, but let's do a quick recap of some Heights highlights:212 Columbia Heights, the $13.5M Italianate beauty just went into contract this week; Brooklyn's most valuable house at 20 Willow Place found a buyer at its $7.5M price tag; the blue beauty at 69 Willow Street sold for $5.25M and, of course, 74 Hicks was unloaded at a hefty $6M. This sale at One Brooklyn Bridge Park for $3,500,000 isn't quite as big of a blockbuster as the aforementioned, but hey, it's a condo. The 3,739 square foot duplex comes with five bedrooms and a private terrace. The buyers also picked up a parking space, bringing the grand total to $3,650,867.
