It's been just a little too long since we heard from Babs, but the Post reports that Barbara Corcoran just sold off a tiny little nugget of her asset wealth over on 1192 Park Avenue for the less than princely sum of $450,000. Of course, this was just a one-bedroom unit on the first floor where she could store any leftovers of her book (shame on you for not picking one up!) And, duh, she used a Corcoran broker for the sale. Anything else would have just been a seismic shift the likes of which we could not handle. [NYP]
