The type of people who buy $88 million apartments have to go someplace to work, and they certainly don't want to be seen slumming in some building that charges under $200 a square foot for space. Sheldon Solow plans to oblige this crowd at his building at 9 West 57th Street, where he will charge sky high rents not seen very often in the last few years. The greatest thing about 9 West 57th is that you can see 15 Central Park West from your office. “You could have a telescope and look out to see if your nanny is home.” Or your 24-year-old daughter.
