Pace University is moving its dance and visual arts programs to 140 William Street downtown, where the school signed a lease on all 50,000 square feet of the building. The ground floor, with 25 foot ceilings and column-free spans, will be converted to an auditorium for performances. The lease deal comes with branding rights that will allow Pace to place the name of the school on the exterior facade, as well as hang banners and flags. [Observer]
