Even though it was shockingly upset by Downtown Brooklyn in the finals of the 2011 Curbed Cup, we can hopefully all agree that the Financial District is a very nice neighborhood, and that $399,999 seems like a pretty reasonable price to pay for an apartment there even if it is tiny. In addition, the building features "a common 2nd floor resident area with a lounge/cocktail room, movie theatre, fitness center, office, game-room and event facilities." A movie theatre??? In your building? What could beat that?
