Look, we all know that photographs can be misleading. When looking at apartment listings it's important to view the accompanying pictures with a degree of skepticism—the place is just probably not as large, shiny, or well-lit as it appears. At one time or another, we've probably all thought to ourselves, "I wish this listing came with a video so that I could see what it's really like to walk through the apartment." And then we have continued thinking, "It would also be nice if some sad classical piano music was playing so that I could envision what it would be like to be really depressed while living there because that's probably going to happen at some point and it's good to be prepared. And if it was basically empty but still looked sort of inhabited, like if there was a bed with a mattress and four pillows but no sheets or blankets and a closet with lots of cleaning supplies and an Aerobed that got more than its share of screen time for no particular reason and the intrinsic sadness of the apartment was almost overwhelming, that would be nice too." We've all thought that, right?
