There were a lot of opinions about this week's Pricespotter property. Some complained about the lack of a powder room on the upper level, several commented on the lack of a true dining space, and the layout boggled quite a few minds. Even so, nearly all of the guesses were above the $1.25 million asking price, with one reader going as high as $3.2 million. The "southern Park Slope" location is the key to the unit's price. Located at 317 16th Street, it's out of Park Slope proper, almost in Windsor Terrace. But it's still just two blocks to Prospect Park, not on "awful Fourth Avenue" like the $880,000 guesser hypothesized. Guest #16 was the first to get it right, with "1.25 milz." Thanks for playing!
