Imagine you have around $1,300,000 to spend on an apartment and you've narrowed it down to two co-ops in the same neighborhood. How do you make up your mind? This one is very, very close, and it's made even closer by the fact that 514 West End Avenue doesn't list its square footage. Is it bigger? It could be bigger. The kitchen and living room are both bigger, one of the bedrooms is a similar size, and the second bedroom is smaller. If anyone wants to try and multiply/add up the numbers on the floorplan and then post the result in the comments section, they could certainly do that. The thing that might push 345 West 88th Street over the top, regardless of size, is its second bathroom. Also, it has tons of closets. Just so many closets.
