Which of NYC's Stalled Buildings Should Be Resurrected Next?

New, 13 comments

Welcome to Friday Open Threads, wherein we'll pass the mic to readers to speak up about topics of interest, distress, horror, etc. Have something you want discussed? Let us know.

After a hiatus of more than three years, 56 Leonard announced its triumphant return from the almost-dead yesterday. The building will begin construction next week, to finish up in spring 2016. It's the end?or return?of an era.

But there's still plenty of arrested development waiting for reanimation. Which brings us to this week's open thread question: which stalled NYC buildings would you most like to see resume construction next (assuming financing were no problem)? Answers may inform a future Curbed feature.
