The 60,000-square-foot Lexington Hill Condos, aka the Glass Spire building, are now complete and hitting the market. Prices aren't listed on the website, so we only know the prices for the four lower-level units on StreetEasy, but building site shows that 10 units are already in contract. The building is mostly one- and two-bedrooms, ranging in size from 810-square-feet to 1,152-square-feet, but there are also two 524-square-foot studios. All units have 10-foot ceilings, a balcony, a washer/dryer, parquet flooring, quartz countertops, and a dishwasher. As expected, a Super Fi Emporium supermarket will be located on the building's ground floor.

Here's what we do know about pricing: two one-bedrooms are listed for $480,000 and $505,000, and two 2BR/2BAs are priced at $628,000 and $648,000.
