Prices aren't listed on the website, so we only know the prices for the four lower-level units on StreetEasy, but building site shows that 10 units are already in contract. The building is mostly one- and two-bedrooms, ranging in size from 810-square-feet to 1,152-square-feet, but there are also two 524-square-foot studios.
