Bobby Abreu's One Beacon Court Pad is Back for $7.45 Million

New, 8 comments

Dodgers outfielder Bobby Abreu sold off his 2BR, 2BA at One Beacon Court in February 2010, after nearly two years of pricechops. Abreu ultimately got $5.1 million for the place. The buyer (an LLC) is ready to move on, and has put the place back on the market for $7.45 million. That's a little less than Abreu's first asking price, but this is no 2008 market. There might have been a bit of a renovation, too: the brokerbabble mentions a master suite "with en-suite bathroom, inclusive of an oversize soaking tub and double vanity?enlarged to suit the most lavish of home-owners." NestSeekers' Ryan Serhant has the listing, so perhaps we'll see this apartment on a future episode of Million Dollar Listing.
