Curbed National inaugurates a new green building-focused column with a look at Haus 96, a Brooklyn building that's also the first multi-family passive house project to hit the market in the U.S.. A few tidbits: Haus 96's ground-floor duplex has apparently already sold for somewhere around $1.4 million, the fireplaces are (naturally, in a building heated by sunlight) just for show, and the developer is pretty serious about doing additional passive buildings in the future.
