School Zone Woes

New, 1 comment

Park Slope's P.S. 321 and P.S. 107 could have smaller school zones next year if proposed changes to the District 15 school zone go into effect. P.S. 321 needs to lose about 50 seats to shrink the number of kindergarten classes, so some 321 students would end up at a new school on Eighth Street and Fourth Avenue. Some P.S. 107 students would move to P.S. 10. School zones are a big part of the home buying equation, so what will this mean for neighborhood property values? [DNAinfo]
