Eternal Curbed mystery 180 Sixth Avenue has decided to reveal its fate at last. A tipster spotted a brand new DOB filing for a new 14-story building at the spot, designed by BKSK Architects. (The lot changed hands last year for $17 million.) The permit calls for 24 residential units, with a building total of 61,471 square feet of residential space and 8,075 square feet of commercial space. Renderings, as always, welcomed.
