The 4,909-square-foot, 5BR, 6.5BA duplex was first listed for $10,800,000 in 2008, and has since been pricechopped down to its current ask of $6,900,000, 64 percent of the original price. It's now on its fourth brokerage. Six and a half baths, white oak floors, and the 150-bottle wine storage are cool and all, but what's really hurting its case might be the $9,640 in monthly costs. Still, won't anybody take pity on a poor $6.9 million apartment just looking for a shot?
