The Case of Chloe Sevigny's East Village Garden Co-op

New, 6 comments

Indie actress Chloe Sevigny listed her garden co-op on East 10th Street for $1.7 million in May, after announcing that she needed more light and had totally had it with co-op rules. Someone seemed interested, despite the "womb-like" low ceilings and painted-over exposed brick?the property was off the market within days and was rumored to have sold in July. Here's where things get confusing. The place has been relisted for $1.995 million, but it doesn't appear to have sold the first time around. Is this an insta-flip, or merely a PriceUpper?
