Landlord Glenwood Management had so much fun with megarental Emerald Green that it planned a 25-story sequel across the street in early 2010. What was then a parking lot is now a 200-unit rental building called Crystal Green, with apartments available for lease. There are a few (not particularly illustrative) photos on the building site, which we've imported to the gallery above. Amenities: playroom, fitness center, residents' lounge, terrace with pergola, and 24-hour indoor garage with electric vehicle charging stations. Fun!
The pricing shakes out like so: studios start at $2,795/month, 1BRs at $3,545/month, and 2BRs at $4,610/month.
