Former NFL Commissioner's Park Ave Duplex Listed for $35M

New, 10 comments

The duplex penthouse in 885 Park Avenue, which has previously belonged to former NFL commissioner Paul Tagliabue, as well as a part owner of the Colorado Rockies, was listed yesterday for $34,995,000. There's something about the place that makes it really appealing to high profile sports executives, and it might just be the top floor, which is configured as "an entertainers [sic] dream with a 63 foot expanse of the most incredible entertaining space available in NYC" as a well as a media room. Or maybe it's just the fact that it's an 8,000+ square foot, 6BR, 8BA on Park Avenue. Or it's the pool table. As The Real Deal points out, this is one of a number of listings in this price range that have come on the market in the past few months. Maintenance is $17,637.
