Although 105 East 19th Street appears to have the upper hand with its additional bedroom and half bath, there are things other than size to consider here—mainly that 235 East 22nd Street, aka Gramercy House, is far more ornate, with fancy molding, chandeliers, bright paint colors, and what appears to be a functioning fireplace (as opposed to East 19th's decorative one) while East 19th is sort of bland and boring. Gramercy House also has a murphy bed in the foyer, which is just neat. But are the 36 percent higher monthly costs enough to push it out of contention?
