Hurricane Sandy has officially descended on New York City. There's flooding on 14th Street, parts of Red Hook are submerged, and there have already been some Con Ed shutdowns. We've been looking through Twitter and Facebook for photos; here's a collection. Send others, if you have them, but please, please don't go outside.
