When Rosie O'Donnell scooped up a 130 West 12th Street penthouse for $8 million last week, the only thing that remained to be seen was who her super-rich neighbor in the St. Vincent Hospital-condo-conversion's other penthouse would be. Now, that question has been answered, as #PH sold to Theory CEO Andrew Rosen for $13,084,512.50, $234,512.50 more than the apartment's asking price, city records show. The 3,875-square-foot penthouse is 21 percent bigger than O'Donnell's apartment, and 62 percent pricier, but then again, both are extremely nice, extremely expensive apartments, so what does it really matter? Rosen's apartment also has waaaay more terrace space.
