The storm seems to have left much of New York City at an awkward standstill. Not 135 East 79th Street, though! Bloggin' broker Andrew Fine has some pictures of the Brodsky Organization's homage to the old Upper East Side continuing its hell-bent climb skyward (it has added seven stories in the past five weeks), as construction crews, complete with crane, started up work again this morning. Hey, that $23,000,000 penthouse isn't going to build itself.
