There's a new web app in the world that seeks to simplify the rental application process for both renters and landlords. Described as "an OKCupid for apartment renting," Cozy lets renters fill out a bare-bones application with just the things landlords care about: the renter's job, employer, income, and the percentage of income they'd be spending on rent. The site is still in beta stages, but the creators hope to "fundamentally change the way rental real estate works." [The Atlantic Cities]
