The Sandy-induced flooding in Gowanus has City Council member Brad Lander thinking again about Lightstone's proposed 700-unit rental building on the Gowanus Canal. He's sent a letter to the developer asking Lightstone to withdraw its application for the project and spend more time discussing the plans with the community.
