Susan Weber Soros, the ex-wife of billionaire George Soros, hasn't yet found a taker for her $50 million furnished pad at the Majestic, but the Post is reporting that she's the buyer of the $22.5 million five-story townhouse at 116 East 70th Street. The townhouse, a 143-year-old copper-clad beauty, went into contract last month for the full asking price. The 6,730-square-foot home has five bedrooms, four full baths, four powder rooms, two terraces, a 26-foot deep garden, a glass gazebo-like breakfast room, and Woody Allen for a neighbor.
