Unsurprisingly, apartment sellers in Manhattan's ZoneA seem to be putting their plans on hold because of Hurricane Sandy. Post-storm, 69 ZoneA units have been delisted, including 11 of the 19 previously for sale at 88 Greenwich Street. Additionally, only 22 new apartments have come on the market in the area over the last two weeks, less than half of what was listed in the same period last year. [NYM]
