Time Warner Center Developer Finally Sells TWC Pad for $13.8M

New, 7 comments

After 32 months, one sizable priceupper, a change in broker, and a hefty pricechop, Related bigwig Kenneth Himmel has finally sold his 67th floor condo at the Time Warner Center, a building he developed. The Observer reports that the unit sold for $13.8 million, which is more than a million less than his lowest ask of $15 million way back when the place first came on the market in March 2010, and it's more than $4.5 million less than his highest ask of $18.375. The 2,416-square-foot corner apartment has three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and a 27' by 20' great room with "magnificent woodwork, coiffured ceilings, and jaw dropping park views."
