LCOR, a fully integrated real estate company, released the third floor lofts and the first round of penthouses on the 21st floor. The third floor has a mix of studios, one- and two-bedrooms with 13-foot ceilings. They range in size from 800-square-feet to 1,600-square-feet and in price from $3,400/month to $6,900/month. HARLEM?Windows on 123 Lofts, the sister project to Windows on 123 Apartments, has sold out. Located at 129 West 123rd Street, the lofts seem to have sold more quickly than the apartments, which at one point tried giving cars away.
