A tipster living near 22nd and Third Avenue spotted the new signage at 160 East 22nd Street, the Toll Brothers-developed successor to The Thing That Ate Gramercy. Like that long-abandoned Kaish & Taub plan, the Toll Brothers building will be a 21-story condo?and it now has a teaser website. The building will have studio through three-bedroom units, and sales should launch in early 2013. Anyone have additional intel? Share, if you please.
