Centurion Unveils New Penthouse Design; Laurel is 90% Sold

MIDTOWN?To help entice buyers to its penthouses, the I.M. Pei-designed Centurion already created two possible layouts for the suite on the 17th floor, and now, the condo is marketing all three penthouses together as one giant triplex mansion in the sky. The marketing team hosted an event to unveil a 3D video that tours the combined space as one massive home, which can be purchased for $39 million. Of course, both penthouses are still on the market separately as well; the Centurion just likes to give you options. [CurbedWire Inbox; previously]
