"The place is certainly attractive. But the plan is odd. There is a HUGE laundry room – nice – but it is three flights down from the bedrooms. And, it is not even down a contiguous stair. Half the parlor floor is not useful space. There is not a single closet on the second floor. Huh? The master bath is down a non-private hall from the master bedroom. Ahh, this alone is a deal-breaker. There is not even a closet en-suite to the master bedroom.
