UPPER EAST SIDE?Luxury rental building 1214 Fifth Avenue has reached the 50 percent leased mark, and Related Co. is celebrating by releasing the 53-story tower's penthouses. Three of the penthouses are duplexes, with master suites on the second floor, and all of the penthouses, which are two- and three-bedrooms, have proper dining and living rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, and gourmet kitchens. The building also recently unveiled a common entertainment lounge that has "billiards, a walnut paneled bar, and Venato Travertine hearth," plus a separate media room with theater-style seating.
