Many tenants of Stuy Town have united against neighbors who list their apartments as short-term rentals on Airbnb, and for a time that seemed to slow new Airbnb listings for units in the complex. Current Stuy Town offerings range from a $50/night furnished room in a 4BR apartment to an, uh, $700/night 3BR apartment. Good luck with that!
