Harlem zombie building Dafina, at 2130 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard, was supposed to return from the dead this summer, but there was no accompanying fanfare. The Real Deal checks in, and it turns out the building has been sold. Around 20 percent of the units were in contract, but the offering plan was not yet effective, so buyers' deposits were returned. The new owner has taken the building rental, and StreetEasy shows five active listings. [Real Deal; previously]
