Not So Superfun

Clean water advocacy group Riverkeeper has just released results of November 2 tests of various NYC waterways. The highest level of sewage showed up in the Gowanus Canal, even though the hurricane was not the kind of significant rain event that usually dumps sewage overflow into the canal. Riverkeeper will be taking another set of samples this week; in the meantime, Pardon Me for Asking has the full set of waterway numbers. [PMFA; previously]
