A penthouse at London Terrace Towers caused a bit of sticker shock when it hit the market in late April asking $11.8 million. That was a pretty significant increase over the 2009 sale price of $5.75 million (though the place did receive a makeover in the intervening years), so we were a bit surprised to see that the listing is now in contract. The most recent ask was $10.85 million, chopped this summer, so we're guessing the sale price will be in that vicinity. The listing has added a floorplan since we last checked, which makes it a little easier to judge the apartment's value. Thoughts?
