Who Listed This $5.5 Million West Chelsea Condo Better?

New, 7 comments

Welcome back to the feature where we take a co-exclusive listing (an apartment listed by two brokers from different agencies) and ask the question: Who Listed It Better? Send any suggestions in to the tipline.

Horacio LeDon Zollinger and Associates
The Intro "One of a kind, river facing, and corner apartment in Chelsea's most sought after building, The Caledonia." "The luxury of light and space. The opulence of warm materials and rich textures. The sophistication of a West Chelsea address. Welcome to Residence 2009 of The Caledonia..."
The Great Room "A Grand Foyer awaits your entry and hallways filled with art lead you to a fabulously appointed great room with breathtaking views of the Hudson." "The great room's approximate 11 foot high ceilings are supported by walls of glass that frame views as far as the eye can see of the Hudson River, the Manhattan skyline and the park in the sky, The High Line."
The Master Bedroom "Oversized walk in closets and a large Clodagh designed bathroom complete the large Master Bedroom." "In the master bedroom, luxuriate in serenity surrounded by northern and eastern views and walls that are adorned with elegant mother of pearl wall tiles."

This battle was as one-sided as they come, and that's not a knock on Horacio LeDon. The truth is, Zollinger straight up killed it, weaving a masterful brokerbabble tapestry right from the first sentence. (Zollinger also listed the place a month before LeDon did, proving that you can't top the original.) And, not only that, he filmed a video of himself reciting the listing in a soothing yet confident voice.

Zollinger. Winner.
