The three townhouses at 357, 359, and 361 Henry Street are still under construction, but they've been put on the market. Brownstoner spotted the listings, and each 4BR/4BA house is asking $4.3 million. The listing at Warren Lewis/Sotheby's makes it clear that buyers have the opportunity to customize the interiors, with brokerbabble like "you finally get to design a home to your personal perfection!" The listing does note, however, that the houses will have Pogennpohl Cabinetry along with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and they will each have a back garden and patio.
The listing also has two renderings (not pictured) that we haven't seen before, but they are microscopic. From what we can see, it looks like the back of the houses will be mostly windows, and we think each has a rooftop terrace as well. Do you think the landmarked houses will fetch the full asking price?
