The plans for Park Union at 910 Union Street, formerly a two story Catholic school, were revealed last March, and now the first three of 15 units in the building have hit the market. All have three bedrooms, two baths, and two balconies, with prices ranging from $1.625 million to $1.75 million. Brownstoner reports that there will also be one- and two-bedrooms, and pricing will start as low as $795,000. Most units have balconies, and some have larger terraces. You can check out the renderings and a couple floor plans above.

The building website goes heavy on the brokerbabble, giving each room (even the powder room) its own section, but here's an overview:

Life at Park Union evokes the perfect blend of heritage and contemporary living. A mix of smart design features including walk-in stone showers with oversized rain shower heads, custom toasted oak flooring, auxiliary freezers, dual-zone wine coolers, and luxurious prewar-inspired finishes give Park Union timeless yet modern functionality. As for amenities, the building has the standard rooftop terrace, fitness center, child's play room, attended lobby, and bike storage. The website also stretches the definition of "amenity" to include these design features: "period-inspired travertine," "period-inspired custom iron entry door," and "artist designed medallions," which we hope are some kind of award for each resident.
