Judith Rodin, president of the Rockefeller Foundation, is now also co-chair of NYS 2100, a new commission charged with figuring out what kind of infrastructure New York needs to be ready for the next big storm. The commission hasn't presented its recommendations to the governor yet, but Rodin is considering everything from air vent covers in the subway to reefs made of discarded subway cars.
