The listings are officially up, ranging in price from $3.395 million for a 2,418-square-foot 3BR to $4.95 million for a 2,861-square-foot 3BR, 2.5BA penthouse. As for the renderings, there is absolutely no trace of the buidling's newspaper office past. (And that's probably a good thing.)
The building site has the full list of amenities, and here are a couple of the fun ones: "automated" private parking, private keyed elevator access to apartments, bike storage, and terraces that look down into the building's courtyard.
