Welcome to Cornerspotter, Curbed's game in which you try to identify the location and/or identity of a particular building or streetscape in a historic photograph. Impress us and your fellow Curbed readers with your uncanny insight into New York City and its past!
For fear of giving too much away, we're not divulging too many details of this historic building. The architecture is unique enough that anyone familiar with the building should be able to identify where and what it is. All we'll tell you is that it was built in the early 1900s, and it's still used for the same purpose today. Drop your guesses in the comments, and the first correct answer wins!
