So, you're thinking of playing around with photoshop to remove the significant water stain spreading across the ceiling of that Bed-Stuy townhouse you're listing. That's a great idea! Nobody will want to buy a townhouse with plumbing problems and a water-damaged ceiling, especially if you are planning on claiming, in the listing, that the house is in "move in condition." Is it a nice thing to do? Not exactly. It is ethical? What are ethics, really? (Don't answer that.) The one thing to remember—and it's really just a tiny little detail to keep in the back of your mind—is that you probably shouldn't include the original un-doctored photo in the listing. That's all. Now have at 'em!
