Unit #4/5E isn't the River House's only apartment that's had significant difficulties finding a buyer. Originally listed for just under $11 million, it's been chopped, de-listed, re-listed, and today reappeared for $8,500,000. It may be no closer to selling than it was last April, but at least the floorplan, which includes a full dining room, six bathrooms, a library, and three rooms of servants' quarters, is fun to look at. The pictures are fun to look at, too. If you're partial to walls that appear to be covered in brown velour, that is.
