Fashion legend Karl Lagerfeld is having a tough time selling his 3-bedroom condop at 50 Gramercy Park North. He bought the place in 2006 for $6.75 million, and then tried to resell it last summer for $6.5 million. The price got chopped to $5.2 million, then the listing disappear. It came back in March for the same price but different broker. In May it took a 5 percent pricechop, and then it got chopped again in September, to the final asking price of $4.85 million. Sheesh! Now the listing has, once again, disappeared from the market. Does this mean it sold? Has Lagerfeld given up? Is he trying another broker swap? Only time will tell.
